Data encryption

All information you enter—login details, payment addresses, withdrawal instructions via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS—travels over secure HTTPS channels and is stored in encrypted databases.

We use cookies to remember your login session, language preference and gameplay history. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser; disabling them may limit lobby functionality.

Account verification

Before we process your first withdrawal, we verify your identity by checking your email and phone number. This step protects your account from unauthorized access.

Third-party payment processors

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are handled by their own payment systems. We share only your account ID and amount needed to complete the transfer; payment providers manage their own privacy policies.

Data retention and deletion

After you close your account, we retain your transaction history for three years to comply with local regulations. Request permanent deletion via [email protected]; some records may remain for legal or tax purposes.

Your payment method details are encrypted and stored separately from your main account profile. When you withdraw, we transmit only your account ID and withdrawal amount to the payment provider; we never share your actual card or wallet credentials with stake com's systems.

Absolutely. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email, or log in and go to Settings > Notifications to disable marketing messages. We'll stop sending promotional content within 24 hours, though we'll still send account security and transaction confirmations.
