Yes. Go to Settings > Close Account, and we'll close it immediately. If you have funds remaining, we'll send them to your registered withdrawal method — DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS — within 5 business days. You can also request temporary account suspension for a set period without closing it permanently.

We keep your account data while you're registered and active. After you close your account, we retain transaction records and identity proof only as long as local law requires — typically 5–7 years for financial records. After that, we delete your personal information securely. You can request a full copy of what we hold anytime.

Contact us within 30 days of the transaction through live chat or email. We'll review the payment record, check our logs, and confirm whether the transaction processed correctly. If there's an error, we'll reverse it to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account. If everything checks out, we'll explain why the charge stands and show you the proof.

You can update most account details — email, phone, address — anytime through Settings > Profile. For identity information like your legal name or ID number, contact support so we can verify the change meets local rules and keeps your account compliant. Withdrawals can only go to the method and name registered on your account.

If we detect a breach of our Terms — fraud, identity mismatch, or use of unauthorized payment methods — we may close your account and hold funds pending investigation, as permitted by local law. We'll notify you of the reason and give you a chance to respond. If no violation is found, we'll release your balance to your withdrawal method.
